Andy is committed to leading Catholic schools in the Edmund Rice tradition. Prior to this role, Andy was the inaugural lay Principal of Parade College. Andy has qualifications in education, theology, leadership, marketing and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course. He has been a member of a number of education, not-for-profit-and Church related Boards and committees throughout Australia.

Chloe Hand is a highly experienced education professional, with a youth justice background. She has championed an innovative approach to education in Australia, offering choice for young people disengaged from mainstream education. Chloe remains a dedicated advocate, leading Saints College Schools and supporting young people.

Karen has extensive career and leadership expertise in mental health, youth crime prevention, education, housing, and child protection. She is a qualified social worker, a Master of Research Methods, and an Australian-American Fulbright Scholar. Karen is excited to lead and support the transformation of practice, profile and partnerships.

Perri, an educator with a Master's in Education, has spent her career developing trauma-informed teaching practices which ensure young people are provided with biologically respectful learning opportunities within a trauma-informed classroom setting while promoting maximal engagement for young people exposed to trauma.

A dedicated social worker, Tom excels in alternative education and out-of-home care leadership. He's a Lifeline volunteer, Mental Health First Aid instructor, and youth work educator, committed to systemic change for equal access to education, employment, and healthcare in Australia.

Jane is a disability advocate with expertise in education, youth and community work. With a Master of Education and a PhD focused on students with hidden disability, she contributes to international research. As a public speaker and workshop facilitator, she champions accessibility, inclusion, and fairness for all.

Liam Wood, a seasoned trauma-informed leader, excels in diverse education sectors. With roles in alternative education, initial teacher education, and instructional coaching, he champions teacher development and high expectations for all students, regardless of background or disability.
